Monocoque chassis construction A one piece, fully welded chassis allows for fast installation and easy re-location. Stability and strength are inherent in the construction through the use of solid modelling and finite element analysis during the design process. All fabricated components are fully powder coated for wear and corrosion resistance.	High torque servo drives The HDP series comes with precision AC servomotors coupled to german made planetary gearheads and smooth helical rack and pinion drive. High power means fast, agile cutting. AC servo control means accurate positioning without loss of position.	Active dry fume extraction Follows the torch motion to remove fumes at their source - under the cut. The motorized extraction unit is coupled to an external reverse pulse filtration system to provide optimum air quality in the workshop, and helps to protect our environment from emissions. No more sludge to clean out as with water beds.
Precision guide ways German made linear bearings provide smooth movement to ensure accurate cutting. Wiper seals on all bearing surfaces keep bearings dust free for long service life.	Comprehensive database The controller knows exactly how to cut each material. Pierce and cut height, feed rate, gas selection and flow, height settings, dwell and more are all set automatically. ART Machines have both touch screen and pendant control. This intuitive system provides a quick and simple means of entering machine instructions, editing parts, moving, resizing and more, all at the machine.

ART ProfileShop CNC controller software is an amazing user interface that is so simple to use. While being extremely easy to learn, it is highly flexible and offers top end functionality for your ART Router or Plasma. You can easily modify any part of the job by simply selecting parts on the touch-screen. ART ProfileShop is at the absolute cutting edge when it comes to CNC machinery software.

HyPerformance Plasma HPR130 and HPR 260 power supplies from Hypertherm combines ultra fast cutting speeds, rapid process cycling and consistent superior quality. Long consumable life maximize productive "arc-on" time.

Improved stainless steel cut quality now rivals laser cutting but with the added benefit of lower cost.

ART uses superior quality motion control components including brushless servo motors and digital closed loop positioning to drive our machines. This ensures high speed performance in the toughest materials without the danger of lost positions.

All ART CNC Machines can be fitted with an optional High Precision Laser Pointer. This feature enables accurate alignment of material as well as fast and precize pendant controlled digitising of hand-made templates.

Most ART CNC Machines can be fitted with an optional Tangential Inkjet Printhead. This feature enables part numbers and other information to be printed directly onto the material being cut. Permanent and removable inks are available.

To maximize consumable life, enhance performance and eliminate torch damage, ART has developed an integrated torch control system.

•  Intelligent Torch Height Controller Maintains optimum cutting height via the Arc Voltage Control, resulting in the best possible cutting angle with minimal dross.

•  Initial Height Sensor Pneumatically controlled to set optimum torch starting height. This along with the Intelligent Torch Height Controller increases consumable life.

•  Break-away Torch Protection Mechanism Pauses operations immediately in the event of torch and material collision.
