{"id":351,"date":"2013-02-05T08:56:51","date_gmt":"2013-02-04T22:56:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.advancedrobotic.com\/blog\/?p=351"},"modified":"2014-02-15T01:22:01","modified_gmt":"2014-02-14T15:22:01","slug":"art-delivers-first-fabric-cutter-smart-xr7000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.advancedrobotic.com\/blog\/cnc-routers\/art-delivers-first-fabric-cutter-smart-xr7000","title":{"rendered":"ART SMART XR7000 fabric cutter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past couple of months, ART has been heavily involved in the development of an flatbed machine specifically designed for cutting fabrics and vinyls for the blind and awning industry which has required the development of a lot of specialised tools.<\/p>\n<p>One tool that was incorporated into the machine was an ultrasonic knife that vibrates at 30,000 times per second.\u00a0 It cuts and seals the edges of synthetic fabrics like shade-cloth and sunscreen fabric.
