The XRS Router for signage and scrren printing applications uses a high resolution machine vision system to recognise alignment marks on printed panel. This allows the controller to automatically compensate for stretching or misalignments in the print. All cuts are then adjusted to cut precisely on the perimeter of the individual cut-out pieces.
